Our Profile

Montgomery Niemeyer & Co. LLP (MNC) is a prominent Southern California firm of Certified Public Accountants and Consultants offering closely held businesses and individuals all the traditional services of public accounting, including audit, tax, and management services. Other MNC Services include: Financial Advisory Services, Fraud Prevention Services, Valuation Services, and Cloud Computing.

The firm was established in 1978 and is managed by four partners:
Dale L. Montgomery, CPA; Joann Sanderson, CPA; Jim Short, CPA.CITP, CVA; and Joanne Hoffman, CPA, CFE, MBA. The partners have a wide range of backgrounds and specializations which, when coupled with their wealth of experience, provide their clients with versatility and stability. The professional staff is comprised of well educated and trained individuals who work closely with the partners when providing services to clients.

MNC has grown steadily because the partners have remained focused on their purpose of providing timely, relevant, and high quality financial, tax and technology services. We have dedicated ourselves to providing personal service to our clients by being accessible and by keeping them abreast of any tax laws or accounting procedural changes which directly affect them.
