With over 40 years of public accounting experience, Dale applies insight and wisdom in providing solutions to the many challenges encountered by our clients. His expertise in management of the closely held business, corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, banking relations, business and individual taxes, financial and estate planning has made him a highly valued advisor. Dale currently holds the professional designations of CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and Investment Advisor Representative.
Joann Sanderson, CPA Partner
Joann Sanderson, CPA Partner
With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Joann works closely with business owners in evaluating their service needs. Joann specializes in tax planning and compliance for individuals and closely held businesses; financial statement reviews and audits, financial statement analysis; pension plans; nonprofit organizations; private foundations; trusts; and real estate. Joann has a BS in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University. Joann lives in Azusa with her husband, is active with her church and enjoys cycling, hiking, and MLS soccer.

With over 22 years of public accounting experience. Experience includes traditional CPA services of compilation, audit, reviews, and tax preparation to forensic and valuation services, management consulting, tax and estate planning, personnel planning, and overall cash management issues for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Specialized experience includes implementing, training, and supporting accounting ERP systems from employee interviews, technical software installation and configuration, to authoring training curriculum along with system documentation, and continued support and customized management report writing.
Jim was born and raised in So California and enjoys playing and attending golf, baseball, and basketball along with visiting any of the local amusement parks. Jim lives in Alta Loma with his two teenagers and attends and actively volunteers at Hillside Community Church. Jim currently holds the professional designations of CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional), and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst).

With over 11 years of public accounting experience, Joanne conducts forensic accounting, research in financial statement fraud, theft and fraud in corporations. Joanne also performs traditional CPA services of compilation, review, audit and tax preparation for both individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Joanne joined the firm in September 1999. She graduated from California State University Fullerton, with a B.A. in Business Administration. A certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner, Joanne has an M.B.A. from Utica College in Economic Crime and Fraud Management. Joanne was born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Southern California and enjoys playing golf and attending baseball, basketball and hockey games. Joanne lives in Claremont with her husband and is active in the community. She is on the board of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the Finance Council at Annunciation Church in Arcadia.

With over 11 years of public accounting experience and his technology background, Stephan provides a comprehensive perspective to the world of business accounting and management. Stephan performs the traditional CPA services of compilation, review, audit, and tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. He also assists with various types of accounting software installations and support for his clients. Stephan began his career at MNC as a summer intern in 1996 and became a full-time employee in May 2000. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a Minor in Management Information Systems. In April 2008 Stephan became a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Stephan lives with his wife, two children, and two dogs in Upland, CA. He enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Sean looks to creating long-term relationships with individuals who want help in attaining financial independence and pursuing their goals. Focused squarely on financial planning and investment management, Sean is backed by a Certified Public Accounting firm, providing clients with an effective and unique level of service.
Prior to becoming engaged in the financial services industry, Sean served the corporate credit departments of both Bank of Hawaii and Wells Fargo Bank. While working at these financial institutions, Sean’s responsibilities included loan underwriting and financial analysis of Fortune 500 companies. Sean attended school at Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Sean is married with three young children. He enjoys spending time with his family, loves sports and riding his dirt bike.

With over 17 years of public accounting experience, Dana divides her time between Office Manager/Controller and Human Resources Manager for MNC as well as Payroll Services Manager for our payroll services and payroll tax clients. Dana manages the quarterly and year end payroll tax activities, IRS & EDD compliance, Sales Tax and Business License Renewals for our clients. Dana joined MNC in 1994 as a staff accountant. Dana has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of La Verne. She lives with her family in La Verne and enjoys reading, baseball, and off-road racing.

Lisa ensures that clients receive the best possible service. She handles all financial advisory client paperwork and is the first person to call if you have any questions about the financial planning process.
Before working at Montgomery Niemeyer, she worked as an Advertiser Services Representative at a Premier Travel publication. She attended the University of California at Berkeley and then transferred to University of California at Los Angeles, where she earned a degree in Sociology. She is very active in her children’s school and is involved in fundraising for the PTA.

After a career in the mortgage industry as a real estate loan processing manager, Marilyn has her "dream job" as our receptionist. She loves meeting, greeting and talking on the phone to our clients. Outside of work Marilyn is active in her church, Neighborhood Christian Fellowship in Covina, and is on their local board of administration. For more than twenty years she has belonged to LA Fitness and enjoys the various exercise classes offered as well as hiking in the National Parks, whenever possible. Marilyn was born and educated in London, England and lives with her family in Glendora.
